INTERNATIONAL PRODUCT MANAGER:
Reporting to the business unit manager, will be responsible for the following activities:
Marketing:
• Develops and implements marketing plans for the assigned products
• Performs strategic market analysis to identify market opportunities
• Manages product lifecycle for the assigned products (incl. product launch and phase out)
• Creates marketing communication strategies, tactics and tools for the assigned product
Product Development:
• Actively participates in new product development to meet anticipated market needs
• Collaborates to maintain and improve current product portfolio
• Coordinates information flow among markets, surgeons, R&D, engineering, clinical affairs, logistics and other functions in product development projects
Sales Support
• Ensures that revenue targets are reached by monitoring sales trends and implementing actions as needed to meet top line objectives
• Creates sales support materials and provides product training to sales force
• Represents company and assigned product line during customer visits, congresses, exhibitions and promotional events
• Develops 12 months rolling forecast for assigned product portfolio in cooperation with subsidiaries and distributors

- Previous experience in product management in the healthcare industry preferred
- Experienced in orthopaedics is a plus
- Willing to travel (50%)
