On July 30, 2008 Lima-Lto Board of Directors approved its Code of Ethics.

The company's formal adoption of a Code of Ethics ratifies the principles of "corporate deontology" which Lima-Lto wholeheartedly accepts and whose observance it demands of all company employees, and of whoever works with or on behalf of the Lima Group.

The Code of Ethics is to promote or deter certain behaviours and represents the very essence of Lima-Lto's policies on procedure and conduct.
