The growing and significant expansion in Research and Development is the result
of a constant and continuous presence in the field of multinational research projects
of the European Union as well as national and regional projects.
The scientific works is supported by a strengthening of the international
cooperation network in which Lima has a strong link with Italian and European
Universities, Research Institutes and Clinical Institutes.
The achievement of several scientific results has allowed Lima to improve
its knowledge on the fields of science and technology and its exposure
in the biomedical sector thanks to its scientific publications, participation
at International and National Congresses as well as registered patents.
