Met-Met
The Met-Met system has been designed to optimise the mechanical performance of the joint:

the cup has been designed to allow maximum stability while respecting and maintaining the acetabular morphology.

In fact, the equatorial tapering of 3 mm is similar to the acetabular morphology. Together with the design of a reduced thickness cup (2.5 ÷ 3.5 mm), this avoids excessive milling of the subchondral bone, hence preserving the bone-stock.

large diameter heads allow an extremely hard coupling, therefore with reduced wear, and a larger range of motion with a consequently lower risk of dislocation.
