The Multigen Plus system was born as an evolution of the previous Multigen system, on the market since 1997.

Italian and foreign surgeons partecipated in the revision and completion of a system which allows to salve almost all the principle applications: primary CR and PS implants, and revisions with CCK and hinged (H).
