The DELTA-ONE TT cup was designed to offer surgeons a versatile solution in acetabular arthroplasty procedures. Featuring a characteristic caudal bevel, optimal mobility can be restored even in highly compromised anatomies. By leveraging the system’s modularity it is possible to customize the implant in the OR and adapt it to the individual patient’s needs.

DELTA-ONE TT is suitable for all complex total hip replacements, dysplasia and revision surgery. Thanks to the options offered by the system it is possible to fill bone defects fitting their shape and size. The risk of luxation is minimised by achieving an accurate anatomical reconstruction and restoring the correct muscle tension. In cases of poor contact with the acetabular floor, or inadequate bone trophism, the cup’s high friction coefficient ensures excellent implant stability.

Modular options
The cup can be used with the internal spacer system to restore coverage and anteversion. Even if there are bone defects the cranial modules ensure optimal stability. Polyethylene, metal and ceramic inlays can be used, as well as wide-diameter metal-on-metal or double mobility bearing.

The cup is made out of Titanium obtained by Trabecular TitaniumTM technology. This ground breaking material provides extremely high implant stability with superior osteointegration characteristics.
