Long endomedullary titanium nail for proximal and distal femural fractures compatible with MNR control. Complete range of lenghts from 28 to 40 cm, in right and left version.

A subtrochanteric slot is available to fix a 4,5 stabilization screw, especially suitable for subtrochanteric comminuted and reverse fractures. Patented system with multihole sleeve for the distal screw centering in lack of exposure to the brilliance intensifier. Antirotation wire fixation available during the reamer and the femural head stabilization.

In case of base-cervical and subcapitated neck fractures an antirotation titanium wire for definitive implant is available for a better stabilization in epyphisis rotation. Fundamental instruments, easy to understand and radiotransparent in the axial and lateral projections.
