Endomedullary nail in titanium alloy for femural proximal fractures, compatible with MNR control. Valgus angle of 4° to permit a better insertion in the midollary canal.
It has a subtrochanteric slot which allows the subtrochanteric fracture stabilization with a screw Ø 4,5 mm to be fixed according to the basis of 4 different opportunities proposed by the instrument set in order to have a better congruency and reconstructive anatomicity. Static or dinamic diaphyseal stabilization available depending on the user. It is available in the 20,5 cm standard version and in a 18 cm short version for patients with high femural bending.
In advanced osteoporosis cases, cefalic screw with hydroxyapatite coating in the threaded part is available. Antirotation wire insertion available during the reamer and the femural head stabilization.
In case of base-cervical and subcapitated neck fractures an antirotation titanium wire is available for definitive implant, for a better epyphisis rotation stabilization. Fundamental instruments, easy to understand and radiotransparent in the axial and lateral projections.
